- Reservation is confirmed upon payment of deposit
- Balance payment is due upon arrival
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival incurs 50% cancellation fee
## 3. Accommodation
- Accommodation period: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM
- Smoking is prohibited in the facility
- Maximum number of guests according to room capacity
## 4. Liability
Guest is liable for any damage to property. Provider is not liable for loss or damage to guest's personal belongings.
## 5. Complaints
Any complaints should be addressed directly with the accommodation provider during the stay or within 7 days after departure.
